Fort Hamilton, NY - In Processing

Military personnel assigned to the Fort Hamilton Garrison are to report to the Military Personnel Office located in building 113 Schum Ave. The Fort Hamilton Personnel's Office hours are Monday-Friday from 0830-1200 and 1300-1630. The Fort Hamilton Military Personnel Office telephone number is 718-630-4754 or DSN 312-232-4754.

All Civilian personnel are to report to the Civilian Personnel Advisory Center (CPAC) located on 114th White Ave 2nd floor. CPAC can be reached at 718-630-4031. NAF personnel can reach their CPAC representative at 718-630-4734. Hours of operation are Monday-Friday from 0800-1600.

Soldiers need to sign at the their respective unit personnel office first and then when reporting for in-processing, bring a copy of DA Form 31 (Leave), health and dental records, assignment orders and/or amendments and a military personnel record jacket. Pre-screening forms will be filled out to expedite the process.
